These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 936jl ("936jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 936jl website located at https://936jl.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 936jl reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you do not meet these requirements.

To access the full features of the 936jl Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 936jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 936jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, 936jl requires identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC"). You will be required to submit a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID) and may be asked to provide proof of address and source of funds.
• Account Updates: You must promptly notify 936jl of any changes to your registered information by contacting our support team. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or suspension of your account.

All financial transactions on the 936jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.
• 936jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card.
• Deposits are credited to your 936jl account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method.
• 936jl does not accept deposits funded by credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• 936jl does not accept cryptocurrency deposits of any kind.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. 936jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal.
• Funds subject to active wagering requirements from bonuses are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• 936jl reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

936jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 936jl reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.

• Modification and Withdrawal: 936jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the 936jl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply to all games on the Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

• The 936jl name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 936jl. You may not use any 936jl trademark without our prior written permission.
• Game content provided by third-party game providers is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights and is licensed to 936jl for display on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 936jl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content displayed on the Platform.
• Losses arising from delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

In no event shall 936jl's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 936jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of such dispute.
